I've had a lot of positive feedback so far, and the only thing I've heard so far is that someone had tried something similar in the past and it hadn't come through. Until I'm presented with a C&D order or with evidence of a patent on an LCD design, I'm planning to continue with my development. I got the idea from a "thermometer" program on under projects. And I have never seen, nor was I around if and when he ever came out with them. Todd has conveyed to me that he "owns" the idea of an LCD screen with a multichip. Never has been, and will not be in the future. All of this work is done with Craig Moates' adapters and working with PIC codes off My intention is not to steal or pirate anyone elses code.
